NAABA-MI: A Diverse Legal Network

The goal of our association is to support the professional growth and advancement of legal professionals in our community and beyond. NAABA-MI is open to all law students, current and former attorneys, judges and magistrates, and other legal professionals.

Our Mission

The Michigan Chapter of the Arab American Bar Association (NAABA-MI) is a proud affiliate of the National Arab American Bar Association. NAABA-MI seeks to foster connections among Michigan’s Arab American lawyers from communities across the state. In so doing, the Association pursues three main goals: to support the professional growth and advancement of Arab American lawyers, to cultivate an understanding of the legal challenges facing Arab Americans, and ultimately to serve Arab American communities statewide.

NAABA-MI Key Objectives

represent the interests of the Arab American community of attorneys;
foster the exchange of ideas and information among and between Association members and other members of the legal profession, the judiciary and the community;
encourage and promote the professional growth of the members of the Association;
provide an opportunity for fellowship among the Association's members;
provide coordinated service to the general and local community;
develop and encourage cooperation with other organizations of minority attorneys.
